This institute is situated Moga-Fezorepur Road, nearby historical place belonging Honorable Baba Nand Singh Ji, Nanaksar Kaleran Wale. The foundation of this institution develope to the area's women.

The main foundation role of this institution Sarpanch Sardar Balwant Singh, (when he was Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat) Agwar Lopon Khurd and fully supoorted by Late Sabbu Singh Canadian, reisdent of village Manuke, (Ludhiana)
The land (property) of this institution is permanently donated by Gram Panchayat Agwar Lopon Khurd. Now this institution has own 4.21 acres.  Total Area = 4.21 acres = 183493 Sqft. Covered Area = Ground Floor = 7600 Sqft. = First Floor = 6529 Sqft. Total Covered Area = 14129 Sqft. Open Area = 175893 Sqft.
The foundation-stone was laid in 25th February, 1995 by Shamsher Singh Dullon, Minister of Excise Department of Punjab Government.
The first principal of this I.T.I. Mrs.  SWARN KAUR, resident of Durgi Ludhiana. In the development of this institution one main role played by Swarn Kaur.

In these days Sh. Rattan Lal working as a Princiapl in this insitution. ITI Jagraon, daily touch new progrgress with his hard working.
